Superfield Approaches to a Model of Bosonic String: Curci-Ferrari-Type Restrictions

Exploiting the theoretical potential of modified Bonora-Tonin superfield approach (MBTSA) as well (anti-)chiral (ACSA) to Becchi-Rouet-Stora-Tyutin (BRST) formalism, we derive complete set off-shell nilpotent (anti-)BRST symmetry transformations corresponding classical two- 1 + dimensional (2D) diffeomorphism on worldsheet (that is traced out by motion a model bosonic string). Only BRST for this have been discussed in earlier literature. We invariant Curci-Ferrari- (CF-) type restrictions (using MBTSA) which turn be root cause behind absolute anticommutativity above transformations. capture invariance Lagrangian densities within ambit ACSA. The derivation proper anti-BRST (corresponding already-known transformations) and CF-type are novel results our present endeavor.

We present Extended Double BRST on the lattice and extend the Neuberger problem to include the ghost/anti-ghost symmetric formulation of the non-linear covariant Curci-Ferrari (CF) gauges.
